Meet Our Founder:
Deb Brown, MPA, brings over 20 years of combined experience in the areas of Leadership, Management, Business, Workforce Development, Program Development, Career Training & Professional Development, Education, and Social Services.
Deb served as former Director of the Women's Business Center & Training and as Director of Empowerment & Programs. Her leadership in workforce development organizations made major positive impact through developing successful sustainable programs.
Deb has a Master's degree in Public Administration with concentrations in HR Management and Conflict Resolution from Hamline University School of Business. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University.
Deb is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Empowerment/Emotional Intelligence (EI) Facilitator. Deb has been a Trainer for over 15 years helping many individuals transform their lives through Personal Empowerment (PE) and Emotional Intelligence (EI). Deb is a solo-preneur who has initiated and managed several business incubator/startup projects.
